Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and use big89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. big89 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and consent to age verification at big89's discretion.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You must not be the holder of an existing big89 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts under different identities is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on big89's self-exclusion list or any third-party responsible gambling exclusion register at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.
• You must access the platform in full compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. big89 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating territory.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open a big89 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment channel. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and up to date. big89 is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to independently verify it except as required by its KYC procedures.

3.2 Username and Password

Upon registration, you will create a unique username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. big89 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP to your registered Indonesian mobile number) and advises against sharing your password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify big89's support team immediately via live chat.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

big89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued Indonesian National ID (KTP), passport, or other acceptable proof of identity and address. Withdrawal requests above a specified threshold will trigger a mandatory KYC review. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

big89 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections and conducts regular security audits. Members are advised to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable OTP two-factor authentication.
• Log out of their account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to big89's 24/7 support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Channels

big89 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). big89 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not perform any currency conversion.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. big89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposit processing times vary by channel. Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 2–10 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• big89 charges no deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the name on the big89 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday–Saturday, 07:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours may be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending verification. big89 will notify affected Members via their registered contact details.
• big89 charges no withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet are outside big89's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if the account's wagering activity does not reflect genuine gameplay (i.e., if the account appears to be using big89 as a payment processor rather than as a gaming platform).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

big89 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. big89 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to freeze funds pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. Members must not use big89 as a mechanism for processing funds that originate from any unlawful source.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

big89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rebates. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of issue, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to a Member's account carry a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagers placed on the following game types may not contribute equally — or may not contribute at all — toward wagering requirements:

• Certain live casino side bets and tie bets.
• Sportsbook bets with odds below 1.50 (decimal format).
• Any bet placed simultaneously on both sides of a market (arbitrage betting).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

big89 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements while preserving the bonus balance, and colluding with other Members to claim referral bonuses fraudulently. big89 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Programme

big89's five-tier VIP programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond — awards monthly rolling rebates of up to 1.2% based on verified net wagering volume. VIP status is assessed and assigned at the start of each calendar month. Downgrading of VIP tier may occur if a Member's wagering volume falls below the minimum threshold for their current tier during the assessment period. All VIP rebates are credited as withdrawable cash with no additional wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms in force at the time of crediting.

Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on big89 are subject to the sportsbook rules displayed within the platform. big89 offers pre-match and in-play betting across a wide range of sports, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, MotoGP, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available natively within the sportsbook interface.

big89 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any bet in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations, or where big89 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event or the bet has been compromised. Voided bets will be refunded to the Member's IDR wallet at the original stake value.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are provided by certified third-party studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules, RTP (return-to-player) percentage, and paytable. big89 does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over third-party RNG systems. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised with big89's support team, who will escalate to the relevant studio provider if required.

6.3 Keno and Bola Tangkas

Keno draws and bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional five-card poker variant) game rounds are conducted via big89's certified gaming engine. Draw results and hand outcomes are final once confirmed by the system and displayed to the Member. Disconnection during an active round does not void the round; the result will be determined by the system and credited or deducted accordingly upon reconnection.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled by the Member except where big89's platform explicitly provides a "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature for a specific market. The availability of such features is at big89's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Responsible Gaming

big89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be treated exclusively as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. big89 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members at no cost and with no minimum waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen reminders that appear after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via live chat or account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion via big89's 24/7 live chat team. Self-exclusion is processed within 15 minutes of the request being received and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the big89 platform — including but not limited to the big89 brand name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of big89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Members must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the big89 platform without express prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of big89's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where big89 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors resulting from circumstances beyond big89's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, banking system downtime, or force majeure events.
• Errors in third-party game software, data feeds, or odds pricing that have been promptly identified and rectified by big89.
• Decisions made by a Member in reliance on information provided by big89 that is subsequently found to contain inaccuracies not attributable to big89's gross negligence.

big89's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to big89 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

10.1 Termination by big89

big89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in Prohibited Activities as defined in Clause 1.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity.

In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, big89 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at big89's discretion.

10.2 Termination by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting big89's support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to the Member's registered payment method subject to the standard KYC verification requirements. Accounts carrying an active bonus balance or outstanding wagering requirements may not be eligible for immediate withdrawal of the bonus portion until requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

Governing Law

big89 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which big89 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through big89's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.

big89 acknowledges that its Members are primarily resident in Indonesia and agrees to conduct all Member-facing communications in a manner consistent with international consumer protection standards. Nothing in this clause shall limit a Member's right to seek urgent interim relief before a competent court in their own jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you expressly acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of big89 is lawful in your location. big89 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

Amendments

big89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, big89 will notify Members via a prominently displayed notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, via a notification to the Member's registered contact details. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the big89 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact big89's support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
